Orders will be ready to ship within 7 working days from the date you place your order.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
That means if you place an order on Friday, the processing time starts from Monday. We always try our best to dispatch earlier whenever possible.
š Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location. This timeline may vary slightly based on your local courier or region.
š² Tracking
Youāll receive tracking details via WhatsApp once your order is shipped or out for delivery ā usually from Delhivery Logistics.
If you donāt receive tracking, no worries! You can track your order using your phone number on the Delhivery website.

š¦ In Case of RTO (Returned to Origin)
If your package gets returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unavailability:
⢠We will contact you to reship the parcel.
⢠A ā¹150 reshipping fee will apply ā this covers both the return and resending cost.
Claims for Damaged or Defective Products
šø Unboxing Video Required
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:
⢠Record a clear unboxing video (no cuts, edits, or breaks).
⢠Send us the video within 24 hours of delivery.
This helps us verify and resolve your issue fairly.
Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
šIf your order is marked as delivered but not received:
If your tracking shows delivered but you didnāt get the parcel, please:
⢠Check with your neighbors, security guard, or building reception (especially if you stay in a high-rise building or industrial area) ā sometimes couriers leave it there without informing.
⢠Reach out to us within 24 hours if it still hasnāt shown up.
We wonāt be able to help with delivery issues if you contact us after a few days of it being marked delivered.
