When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 4-7 working days from the date of purchase. We always aim to ship orders sooner whenever possible.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed towards the end of the week will begin processing from the next working day.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

You may also track your order using your phone number on the Delhivery website.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within India only.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel or modify my order?

All orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Please review your order details carefully before placing it.

What happens if my order is returned to origin (RTO)?

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unavailability, we will assist with reshipping.

A reshipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Please record a clear unboxing video without any cuts and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery.

This is required for us to review and process your request.

Important Information

All deliveries are OTP verified. Please ensure availability at the time of delivery.

We may not be able to assist with delivery-related concerns raised after the order has been marked as delivered for an extended period.
