Policies

  • Domestic (within India) Shipping: Our products will be shipped within 4-10 days from the date of order confirmation. Regular whatsapp updates via Delhivery logistics will be provided to keep you informed about your order status. If your parcel indicates 'delivered' but hasn't reached you, please notify us within 24 hours. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to address the issue with our courier partners.


  • Refund Policy: We strictly adhere to a no-refund policy. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


  • Returns and Exchanges: Promptly inform us if your delivered parcel hasn't reached you within 24 hours as we won't be able to address the issue afterward. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our specified return/exchange requirements.


  • Inspection and Defective Items: Inspect your order upon reception and promptly contact us with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and in the case of a defect, arrange for the product to be collected. For faulty items, we can only replace them with the same product.
